My interest in making didn't start with one machine or one project. It grew out of hands-on hobbies, fixing things, and working out how different materials and tools could turn an idea into something real. Over time that became a studio built for exactly that.
How I work
Commissioning something means trusting someone with your idea, and often with something that carries personal meaning. I take the time to understand what you're after, work out the best way to make it, and tell you honestly what's possible.
Most builds cross several processes — printed or cut parts, hand painting, weathering, assembly, sometimes wiring and movement. Having all of it in one place means I can choose whatever gives the best result rather than forcing every idea down the same road.
The studio
The studio brings together 3D printing, laser engraving, UV printing, painting, assembly, and electronics. I use whichever combination best serves the piece.
What I like making
Props and replicas, original objects, display pieces, and upcycled work — things that were something else before I got hold of them. The builds I enjoy most are the ones where nobody's quite sure it'll work until it does.
A-Z Crafted Layers is just me, in Delaware, Ohio. Everything that leaves the studio is made by me.

Bring me an idea.
Start with a description, a sketch, a photograph, a reference image, an existing design, a ready-to-use file, or an object you want transformed. You don't need to know which process it needs — working that out is part of the job.
